We are a Trade Supplier and by accepting these Terms And Conditions you are agreeing that the items purchased from us are for business use

Payment

We accept the following payment options :

 All orders  will be issued with a full VAT receipt.

 Delivery

Orders placed Friday p.m, Saturday, Sunday or Monday will not be dispatched before the following Tuesday. Orders placed Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday will be dispatched within 24hours -48hours.

All shipments will require a signature upon delivery and will be sent with Interlink Express on a 24 Hour service or Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.  If you require Interlink Express or Royal Mail Tracking details please contact us after dispatch.

For destinations other than the UK Mainland please email us for a quotation on shipping

Condition of Goods

Unless otherwise stated the goods are used and in good working condition.  The photograph(s) show the good(s) for sale or a model of similar type and representation.

Warranty / Returns Procedure

We do not refund any postage costs for items returned to us.

eBay Orders

Within 14 days of receiving  delivery of the product, the buyer must notify us that the product is faulty, then return the product to us at the buyers expense, an item can be returned for exchange only (refunds at the discretion of the management). Incompatibility is not a valid reason for return, a re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged.

An authorised RMA Number must be obtained before any item can be returned.

Any product returned to the seller for replacement, but on examination is not found to be faulty shall be returned to the buyer.

All Items are used tested and sold with a 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated
